Hi Everyone, Simple question really, I've got OTRS 2.4.3 installed and wish to upgrade to 2.4.4, what is the procedure for this? I can see there are instructions for upgrading from previous versions (2.3.X) but not from 2.4. I have it installed on Fedora Core, although I'm a bit new to Linux. Is it a matter of doing a yum update (will this retain system settings?)/extracting files from the tarball? Thanks, David

(i just upgraded frm 2.4.3 to 2.4.4 last week) after I read it
and it went fine.
just unpack the 2.4.4 tar.gz into your otrs-home folder.

even easier. provide a 2.4.3 to 2.4.4 patch file. rather than having to overwrite ALL files.
the full package does have an UPGRADE file. no mention of 2.4.x upgrading though.
