I'm Trying to install otrs in a redhat 7.1 system, it always give me an error wheni run "rpm -i otrs-1.0.1-01.i386.rpm" the error is "error: failed dependencies: perl-Digest-MD5 is needed by otrs-1.0.1-01" I have checked and I have installed the Digest::MD5 package, any help in this matter would be appreciated. First of all, thanks to the developers! We just switched to OTRS and its amazing! Now the the question, We have many,many prewritten RESPONSES, and so the screen gets quite cluttered. Would it be possible to have an OPTION to show the "Compose answer (email)" in a dropdown list? Thanks
