Hi list, I'd installed stable edition of otrs, but the calendar option don't appear in the application, are there any pluging or similar for activate???? thx for your attemption. I use Otrs version 1.3.2 and 2.0 Kako.

In OTRS version 2.0, the calendar application is a separate package. You can install it via the package manager, (admin -> package manager). Thx..... In OTRS version 2.0, the calendar application is a separate package. You

ok, the problem in this moment es oriented than en this module send me an error like this. ERROR: Need write permission in OTRS home Try: $OTRS_HOME/bin/SetPermissions.sh !!!
