Hi all, I don't understandt this e-mails from otrs system. It's send it almost every five minutes, but sometimes it's quite. I don't know why. Can you help me ? Thank you. Message: StateType 'open' not found!
It looks like you changed some StateTypes. OTRS needs a StateType called 'open', but apparently this is not in your database. Nils Breunese.
Yes, my colleague renamed it, so it was no longer working. I rename it back to open, but change the name in Language file. It's look likes better. I think that now it's clear. Thanks. It looks like you changed some StateTypes. OTRS needs a StateType called 'open', but apparently this is not in your database.
