Can't edit customer

Hi, Normally when I edit a customer, I get this: normal customer But with some customers, I get this: problem customer What's the difference between these customers? -- Lars

Normally there is no difference between customers. Maybe the problem customer has some special characters, then it's a software bug in OTRS.
