Please try again, it's our web CVS viewer which unfortunately does
this from time to time. Refreshing a couple of times usually helps.
Our head of R&D promised to move to Git in the upcoming months, as a
side effect we'll no longer have a web CVS viewer, but rather a web
git viewer; I hope that does not have the issue :D
The link points to the same CHANGES file that's included in our RPMs
and tars, you can also read it there.
