Check that your username belongs to a group that has permissions to access to the stats module. I believe that, by default, there's a group called "stats" that has access to the stats section... but check in your installation: enter to the admin area and check the permissions in "Agents <-> Groups", click on "stats" and be sure to give your user all the permissions available...

It sounds to me that you're lacking GD support for your perl... Use the Perl CPAN shell to install those modules: "perl -MCPAN -e shell;" and then... install GD install GD::Text install GD::Graph install GD::Graph::lines install GD::Text::Align You'll need to restart Apache.
To add to this , how to select for diff queues, as we have no of queues configured.
I don't really understand what you're asking for... could you explain it with an example?
Thanks Ravi Ahuja

Hi, GD has been configured properly as for option ( Trace system activities (Replacement of old bin/mkStats.pl) stated below, it is working fine & i have also checked with $OTRS/bin/otrs.checkModules , it shows me all modules of GD installed.
To add to this , how to select for diff queues, as we have no of queues configured.
From this i meant, that i have so many queues for e.g, one is as Software installation, Web, Hardware support & so on, then how these queue will get reflected at graph option.
Thanks Ravi Ahuja
[ State Action Overview ] Year Month Graph Size Format

Well... you can't. All queues will be graphed in the same graph using different colors. At least for v1.3.2. I don't know if v2.0 has any improvements in this area. There's some people working on this area, read this thread: http://www.mail-archive.com/otrs@otrs.org/msg07580.html

No, graph option is working only for option ( Trace system activities (Replacement of old bin/mkStats.pl), but when i try to generate for for remaining two ( New created tickets for each queue in selected month) & (Overview of the tickets in queue at the end of this month). i.e gives error message:- [ Stats ] [ New Tickets ] Year Month Graph Size Format New created tickets for each queue in selected month. [ Ticket Overview ] Year Month Graph Size Format Overview of the tickets in queue at the end of this month. Error message:- Software error: Can't call method "png" on an undefined value at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/SystemStats.pm line 342. This doesn't seem logical, as the three modules share the same png creation routine (the GD library). Maybe the problem isn't in the library.
It is giving error message , when format type is graph, for print format it is working fine.
Which OS are you using? And which version of OTRS?

Hello, I have experienced a similar problem when a local (non OTRS related) issue occurs. For some reason, your ticket 10440 has been created incorrectly and it is not complete. This ticket will need to be removed or you will lose visibility of any new tickets created since '10440'. The only way to remove the ticket is to delete it directly from the database. delete from ticket where id = '10440'; HTH Graeme Ravi AHUJA wrote:
