Bulk print tickets?

Is there a way to bulk print a selection of tickets? Like buy using the checkboxes in list view or some other way? Thank you, Shawn Gadow Network Administrator Oregon CUSD 220 "Security is when everything is settled. When nothing can happen to you. Security is the denial of life." - Germaine Greer

Do you need Ticket-Details only or even Article content? Cheers, Nils -- http://webint.cryptonode.de / a Fractal project

There is the option to get the article content of each ticket if you use the CSV as search output. Anyway, there is nothing directly implemented in the standard OTRS that does what you want. I recommend to use an external tool to query the database and the article content. I also recommend that you setup a slave database for this action as it might harm the performance of your live system if you do this kind of data fetching.
