Allow users to register them selves from the main otrs screen ?

Hello list I've installed the system and it's great, thank you devs ! I wish to know how to configure it so that my users (internal LAN) would be able to connect to the system and register them self. I plan to use the system as a "display and request" work load for company employees vs. the tech support guys. Agents can't register themself, this feature is only possible for customer users who login via the customer.pl module. Hi, we can implement agent selfregistration, but because it is not a generic feature we are only able to do the implementation on a commercial base. So if you are interested it is really the best to contact sales@otrs.com to specifiy the details with our sales and development team.
