Hi, last week I installed OTRS 2.1.0 beta1. It's running well but when using it, questions arise which the only manual I know of (the admin manual) can't answer. Is there any help available on what what some terms mean (e.g. Locked, Owner) and what specific functions work? Regards, Jürgen
