'Please answer this ticket(s) to get back to the normal queue view' default behavior ...

Hello, When an old ticket gets unlocked, it will be prioritized over the 'regular' myqueues tickets. Meaning, we need to assign/lock those tickets before coming back to the regular queue. I completely understand the logic behind this ... but is there a way to change this if needed. For example, what would work best for me would be if all tickets are visible in 'my normal queue' and those that just got unlocked are highlighted.
