No, it is not possible to delete queues, you can only set them to invalid to not appear anywhere else than in the admin area. Save 'em for later use. Robert Kehl

Hi, I successfully installed OTRS on Linux, and now i want to delete the default-queues and the ones i created for testing, but cant find a way to do that.

Is it possible? (should.. ;) )
