SUPPORTED ENCODING:
===================

* The default internal character set of OTRS was changed to UTF-8.
  Please see the UPGRADING file if you upgrade from an older version
  of OTRS for any implications this may have for you.
* We recommend to change existing non-UTF-8 installations of OTRS
  to UTF-8 with the upgrade to 3.0.
* All other encodings are now deprecated.
* OTRS 3.1 will only allow UTF-8 as internal charset.


BUGFIXES:
=========


* Bug#6089 - Close Window in Statistics didn't work.

* Bug#6090 - Accounted Time was not displayed in articles if
             Ticket::ZoomTimeDisplay was set to 'yes'.

* Bug#6112 - Database IDs displayed in Admin GUI.

* Bug#6110 - AdminCustomerUserGroup? listed non-existing group 
             'info'.

* Bug#6109 - '0' was not recognized as a valid input for 
              TimeUnits? .

* Bug#6058 - Keyboard shortcuts should be shown via tooltip.

* Bug#6058 - Added ability to open ticket history and other 
             ticket actions in parallel.

* Bug#6079 - Unread tickets were marked as read only second
             time.

* Bug#6040 - Removed ReplyAll option if possible.

* Bug#5994 - Creating new statistic, field validation kicks 
             in immediately.

* Bug#5975 - Notifications (event-based) to external email 
             address were visible to customers.

UPGRADING:

For those folks who are using OTRS 2.4 and want to upgrade to OTRS 3.0 
please read the UPGRADING and INSTALL files. We do not recommend to
upgrade to OTRS 3.0.0 beta6 for production.
