Please see the UPGRADING file if you upgrade from an older version of OTRS for any implications this may have for you. * We recommend to change existing non-UTF-8 installations of OTRS to UTF-8 with the upgrade to 3.0. * All other encodings are now deprecated. * OTRS 3.1 will only allow UTF-8 as internal charset. Improvements • Added Serbian translation, thanks to Milorad Jovanović! • Updated Russian translation, thanks to Eugene Kungurov! • Updated Dutch translation, thanks to Ton van Boven! • Skins can now be selected based on hostname with the configuration settings "Loader::Agent::!DefaultSelectedSkin::! HostBased" and "Loader::Customer::!SelectedSkin::!HostBased". • Upgraded CKEditor to 3.4.2. Only a link to create a new ticket appears. • Bug#6076 - Bulk unlock does not work correctly. • Bug#6163 - In Phone Ticket you can't attach files automatically after choosing a customer. • Bug#6114 - Percentage sign in Customers <-> Services interface when using Dutch translation. • Bug#6160 - ServiceList function breaks if you have service names with special characters like ? ? ? or + + +. • Bug#6118 - The "Small", "Medium" and "Large" Queue views are broken if no data is found.
