Hi Juan, Internal Dynamic fields comes predefined with OTRS or other installable features, they are not supposed to be added or deleted manually. Take a look at the process management fields in the Dynamic Fields overview, notice they does not have a trash icon. ((enjoy)) Carlos Rodríguez
