Link a FAQ item to a Service

Hi guys, I'm trying to link a FAQ item to a Service. When an agent choose a Service to a ticket, I'd like to show him one specific faq item to that item. Off course he will be able to search for another faq itens, but I'd like to have one to each service. I thought that I could use th LinkObject thing, but I didn't find any documentation about that. Do you guys have a tip for me about the LinkObject or other tip about how I should do this connection? Thanks! -- Ronaldo Richieri (15) 8818-2009

Any idea about how can I implement this?
Should I use the Link Object? If yes, How can I do this?
I also think about using the FAQ Item free keys and values. I can put the
service ID on Free key 1 of a FAQ Item and them write some code to get it
back when necessary.
Is there a way to enable the Free Keys of FAq Itens at frontend? Today I
only can access it directly on the database :-)
