Hello David, Thanks to show interest in this integration part. We know that, to handling e-commerce used the magento integration with openerp. Similarly i want to perform integration between otrs and openerp. so that i can handle all the user request in otrs vise-versa. For that i need to communicate between that with numbers of otrs api and also show all the memeber, customer in otrs which are create in openerp. I am not show but i am trying to SOAP module, which are base on xml. and also try to find some otrs api to interact both plateform...
