Hi, I would be very grateful if somebody lists all function calls (and in which module they occure) for creating a new ticket from clicking on the submit button till inserting ticket information to the database. I'm sure they are not many. Thank you in advance. Maher Al-Awadhi
Hi Maher,
Just go to http://dev.otrs.org, select your version and click on
Kernel::System::Ticket and you will find all you need.
For an real world example go to Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketPhone.pm
