Linked to a previous email on datamodel, I wish to extend the link capabilities of ITSM Namely, I wish to be able to link ConfigItem to a Company , or at least a Customer USers how to create a new possible Partner in the PossiblePartner subgroup ? ( I have try to modify the ITSMConfigItem.xml file without any results) Is this describe sowehere else ?
