Hey Ale,
That's weird. There are three fields that are mandatory for each CI: name,
deployment state and incident state. The last two are definitions you have
on your General Catalog. When bulk importing, include them in your CSV and
make sure your entry matches exactly the original name of the state.
Try first with a single CI till your import works, remember not to include
the titles of each column when importing your spreadsheet to CSV ;)

I have a question about that subject. Which one is exactly the DeplStateID?
I added Production on the DeplStateID and it still said Need DeplStateID!
