I have had a look at the ITSM Demo system, to better understand the configuration details. Is it possible to get an "importable" copy of the configuration items? Keep in mind that there are 3 mandatory fields (name, deployment state,
incident state). The last two must match with one of the possible values
defined for them at Admin -> General Catalog. The other fields must match
your definition at Admin -> Config Item

Hi JIm: If the module is installed in your system and you have manually configured an item or two, you should be able to do an export that would give you the format mapping you need to import against.
