We have multiple ITSM environments for system and acceptance testing and then production. I have created my CIs and Services and have linked them in their upstream and downstream relationships in the systems test environment. I can export/import the CIs to populate the next two environments, but I lose the relationships. Where are these links maintained and how can I preserve the relationships as I migrate through my environments? (without having to create them all over again)? Hi Jim, according to Marcos Mail (http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/itsm/2010-August/000933.html) the relationships are stored in the database table "link_relation" (http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/otrs-2.4-database.png , look a bit left and above the center). But I haven't yet delved into this. Exporting or importing them is a common question but AFAIR there was no answer to this on the mailing list or in the forum, I'm sorry :( Regards Alexander -- radprax Gesellschaft fuer medizinische Versorgungszentren mbH, Bergstr. 7 - 9, 42105 Wuppertal, Fon: +49 202 2489 1110, Fax: +49 202 2489 94 1119 Geschaeftsfuehrer: Andreas Martin, Dr. med.
