Advanced search options in Ticket link window ( AgentLinkObject)
Hello, I'm wondering if there is any possibility to add extra search fields (not only ConfigItem#, Name, Deployment State and Incident State) to the Link window, while linking CI's or Ticket with CI Regards, Michal

I am afraid there is currently no way to enable more CI Attributes as search params within the link view without having some development. We are searching for investors at enjoy@otrs.com if you are interested in getting this done on a commercial base with ((otrs)).
