
Hi,
I am working at TUBITAK as an IT personnel, we are using OTRS 6 on a CentOS server in our company.
We have upgraded some CentOS packages according to cybersecurity requirements.
After upgradation we realized that admin agents cannot login directly;
So we are changing address, if we add something like "Action=Admin" we can login successfully as admin agents.
Can you help us about that problem, we tried so many things but could not solve that.

Hello, that migth be related to permission issues, usually regarding AgentTicketZoom or some of the required files to load the main dashboard. You can try running a Set Permissions or trying to run a forced installation of OTRS, it could be the same version you are currently using.
