Use search function. Is ticket locked? Locked tickets are removed from queue
views. They are shown in Locked and Responsible views for the owner and
responsible respectively.

Maybe it's a permissions problem? In my particular setup, the uid=1 user is not able to watch any queues if I don't explicitly allow it to do so in the User <-> Group mapping.
