Hi Marco, Thanks for the quick reply. Look, I found the document index.html, and it has all the codes for the redirection there, but where do I put it ? Inside htttd.conf ? Regarding the Service & SLA not appearing on the scroll down when creating the tickets, I don't see the functionality u mentioned in otrs itsm. Can you describe step by step ? Ive upgraded too but I don't have this problem (fast check) on any CI.
