Hello,

I’m using ITSM 1.1.2 on OTRS 2.2.7 and I’m having some difficulties creating SLA’s… In the html manual in otrs.org I can see that it’s possible to associate multiple services in each SLA, but I can only select one in my admin interface because services appear in a pull down and I can only assign 1. Can someone help me in this? (don’t know if this makes my difficulty very clear – Hope so).

Hi! As I know you can associate multiple services in eache SLA only on OTRS 2.3 and ITSM 1.2. Maybe you read the last html manual that describes exactly this last version of OTRS. I've used OTRS 2.3 and ITSM 1.2 packages so I can assign multiple services to one SLA using control+click in combo box of services.
