CMDB auto synconization with MS SCCM
Hello all, I'm evaluating the possibility to install OTRS ITSM in my organization. We use MS SCCM for the asset management. Is there any integration between otrs and sccm? We need that the changes in sccm are updated in otrs CMDB. Thanks

We have done some developments to check and compare CMDB and Baseline changes via Monitoring with Nagios. Also we have inventoried Devices with OCS Inventory and compare the results against CMDB. So based on that you can possibly develop some scripts to read information from MS SCCM and compare data to CMDB and if something has changed then you can update your CMDB.
