Hello, I've got a question about identifiers for the csv mapping. When I create a mapping template for import and select the key "number" as identifier in step 4, I can update my configitems in otrs with new data from a csv file. But when I take the field "name" as identifier it seems as the importer cannot identify my items correctly - as he inserts all items again into the database instead of updating the existing ones. Do I misunderstand the concept of identifiers in the mapping or is it a bug? Any help appreciated. best regards, Raphael
