Config Item and Location functionalities with ITSM 1.2.2.
Hello, I have installed OTRS 2.3.3 and ITSM 1.2.2. Before upgrading to ITSM 1.2.2, I had icons such as Location, Config Items in my bar as shown below. Now I would like to install the following packages. ITSMTicket-1.1.3.xml LinkObject2-1.1.3.xml But receive the errors below. How can I have the functionalities Location, Config Item with ITSM 1.2.2? But I would like to define Locations, link ticket to config items etc. In OTRS 2.2, I had Icons for "Location" and "Config Items" so I could define locations and config items. How can do these in OTRS2.3.3 with ITSM 1.2? Hi Aysel, that is also possible, in OTRS 2.3 + ITSM 1.2 you also have Config Items. Just make sure that your user has group permissions for config items. Locations are now included in the config items, for more flexibility. And of course you can still link tickets with other tickets, services, etc... like before. Thanks for the quick response but I still cannot install LinkObject2 because there is no LinkObject2 with release 1.2 or suitable release
for
ITSM 1.2.
Let me explain current situation.
OTRS : 2.3.3
ITSM : 1.2
There is no LinkObject2 release for installing under OTRS 2.3.3 with ITSM 1.2.
The latest LinkObject2 release is 1.1.3 which requires ITSM 1.1 that requires OTRS 2.2.
If there is LinkObject2 for ITSM 1.2, I could install, otherwise I cannot do anything.
Any idea?

The addonpackage otrs::itsm has version 1.2
scrolling down to: "Download OTRS::ITSM 1.2"
there are 2 different version numbers for otrs and the
"otrs::itsm-packages"
as like the FAQ-package has version 1.5.4 (for otrs 2.3.3)

In ITSM 1.2 Locations are included in Config Items.
