Ich habe soeben ein Upgrade von OTRS 3.0.9 auf 3.1.2 durchgeführt. Nun erhalte ich bei jedem Ticket die Fehlermeldung Malformed UTF-8 character (fatal) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/YAML/Loader.pm line 36 Error 500
Ich bin exakt nach Anleitung unter http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/en/html/upgrading.html vorgegangen. Ich habe das RPM benutzt. Während der einzelnen Schritte habe ich keine Fehlermeldungen erhalten.
Es handelt sich um einen SLES 10 mit Mysql-Datenbank.
Woran kann das liegen?
