Das ist aber eklig. Der otrs-user sollte keine gültige Shell haben. Und wenn man vergisst, das rückgängig zu machen, erhöht sich das Sicherheitsrisiko nicht wenig ...
Dann doch lieber sudo (wenn installiert) oder eben meinen Tipp mit "su - otrs -s /bin/bash" :)

ich bin root su otrs hilft nicht. Gibt es denn den User otrs ? Und welches script denn ?
