ich habe folgendes Problem: Ich habe otrs (2.3.3) auf einer Windows-Maschine installiert (standard-Installation, keine Änderungen).
per http://localhost/otrs kann ich auch problemlos mit dem System arbeiten. Sobald ich aber versuche von einer anderen Maschine im Netzwerk auf das OTRS zuzugreifen wird der Server sehr langsam (für ca. 2 Minuten) und ich kann die Seite nicht aufrufen.
Ein Aufruf von http://<ipzumserver>/ funktioniert ohne Probleme und ich lese die Nachricht vom Apache (It works). Sobald ich dann zum Unterordner otrs (http://<ipzumserver>/otrs) wechsel, wird alles wieder langsam und es wird nichts angezeigt.
Auch wenn ich statt der IP den Netzwerknamen nehme das selbe Problem.
Mir kommt es so vor, als wenn otrs Zugriffe von extern blockt, da der Apache ja grundsätzlich Verbindungen von aussen zulässt. Nur halt auf das otrs nicht.
Ich habe die Installation schon auf verschiedenen Systemen (unterschiedliche Hard- und Software) installiert aber immer wieder das Selbe.
Vielleicht hat jemand einen Tipp?
