Hallo liebe OTRS-Liste, nachdem ich unser OTRS-System 2.0.1 auf einen anderen Server migriert habe, funktioniert die Benachrichtung bei Ticket-Eskalation nicht mehr. Altes und neues Betriebssystem war Debian 3.1.
