BCC as it names describe it is Blind Copy Carbon, so maybe you need an automatic CC feature but not a BCC automatic emailing ? If so you will need to modify the code a bit to suit your need I think. Laurent Le mercredi 01 août 2007 à 01:10 -0700, will a écrit :
Hi Laurent,
That's an interesting feature. But I was hoping to have the field automatically populated with the E-mail address, instead of doing it behind the scenes. This is so other people monitoring the support@ address knows the ticket has been replied to (this is how we were doing it before the ticketing system, and just wanted to migrate off of it).
I think the easiest way is to just modify the HTML?
Thanks, -william

Please have a look at SysConfig : Config Options: Framework -> Core::Sendmail, there is an option that could fit your need :
SendmailBcc: Send all outgoing email via bcc to the specified address. Please use this only for backup reasons!

Hi.
Is there a way to automatically BCC ticket replies to a certain address?
