Hi Steve. I guess that by "not" you mean "now". To change the look and feel of OTRS, you should start by creating a theme and then make all the changes to that. Check out http://doc.otrs.org/2.2/en/html/c1782.html After this, you'll have a Kernel/Output/HTML/<theme> directory, where <theme> is the name of the theme you've created. In this directory you can hack about on the layout of the screens. Be aware that some things can be enabled or disabled by configuring OTRS (e.g. what buttons you see in the agent interface) and other things you must change by hand in the theme (e.g. removing the language select box on the login screen). I've now configured the database successfully (I believe) and am in the admin setup screen. Anyway I am not looking to customize some of the screens... Like the customer creation screen shows LOGO and CUSTOMER NAME so I'm sure there are modifiable fields somewhere.... I don't see any other setup tasks involving the database but it is definitely running, I can log into it just fine. I do not know however the otrs user password for MySql.
