Hello Placide, ‘charset’ column was deleted for OTRS 5, ‘utf8’ should be de only one on the system. This field is deleted on 'scripts/DBUpdate-to-5.pl’, check that you have latest version for your OTRS system files. Greetings, Carlos García

Hi All,

My “Auto Responses” is empty.

When we try to create / add info and content in the body, we have this error message:

Unknown column 'charset' in 'field list', SQL: 'INSERT INTO auto_response (name, valid_id, comments, text0, text1, type_id, system_address_id, charset, content_type, create_time, create_by, change_time, change_by)VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, '2015-11-04 12:24:47' , ?, '2015-11-04 12:24:47' , ?)'
