
Hi Jurjen,
You'll have to activate it in SysConfig:
Framework -> Frontend::Agent::Stats => Stats::UseAgentElementInStats = yes
This is because OTRS is by origin German, and in Germany it can be
forbidden to track performance of your individual employees....
