Hi, That's for sure a thing that is missing in OTRS, for the customer's frontend point of view and notifications/answers sent to customers it would be a great improvement and quality value for OTRS to have HTML support possible. After all the technology should serve us and our customers so as long as we need HTML in order to improve the service there should be a way to overcome that “balloon”.

That’s a great way to baloon your storage!

If you were like us and had 20,000+ tickets in your database then you may not want that kind of overhead.
