Hi, I'm a newbie to OTRS (just started using it today). I don't understand how I can delete tickets? In my Dashboard under New tickets I receive some junk emails and I want to delete them right away. Is there a simple way of doing this? If I just move them to the JUNK folder they still appear under New tickets. Sorry for this newbie question, but hopefully someone could give me some help here.
