Well there are two ways to do this you could merge the ticket or you could configure the generic agent to delete a ticket based on a pre set ciriteria such as a state

Can someone tell me how to remove a ticket when there are several tickets
with the same problem coming in from different people? I would like to
avoid having to answer all 5 emails with the same problem. I know I saw
an area where the remove was an option, but can't remember where. Thanks
