Hey all, When I get my notification, I am not able to view the ticket via the URL provided in the email. The URL looks like this (minus personal info which is x'ed out) http://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerZoom&Ticket ID=15 . When I click the link, I get a server not found error. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thank you, Wes Sothard
