The Core::Time is the default working hours
The Core::Calendar 1-10 allows you to set different timezone
Once setup, create queue with their calendar set to the corresponding time
setting. You can find the setting near the bottom of the queue setting.

Hi,
Need info regarding setting up of multiple timezones in otrs,as my users-agent interface are 3 different timezones i.e. IST,EST,PST. Please let know if this configurable
