I recently asked about this and found out that any customer information that is provided in the customer admin module for a customer will show up in that side bar widget. Personally, I tested this exactly with the Comment field.

Where is defined the CutomerTable ? I saw many times that it would eventually be in the config.pm.... but there's nothing in that file that talk about the customerTable (I can copy/past this file content if needed).
