Hello!
I have recently inherited OTRS from the previous owner and am having a
problem removing his email address.
The user, smithj, has been invalidated through the Admin->Users function.
Whenever a new ticket is created I am still getting these notifications in
the System Log
³Sent email to xxx@xxx.com² from OTRS System
