OTRS does not support something like 'leave a copy of mail on POP server'.
The good news is you can achieve the same result with a small workaround:
- Create a second mailbox
- Forward a copy of all email arriving in your support mailbox to this
second mailbox
- Point OTRS to fetch the messages from the second mailbox
This way, a copy of all mail will still be present in your support mailbox.
Another possible scenario is that you send all email to a distribution list.
You can make several mailboxes a member of this distribution list, one
should be the mailbox OTRS points to and another could be your 'archive'
mailbox.
Kind regards,

Hello, I have been enjoying OTRS recently and believe its a great tool. Can anyone let me know how to get otrs to go to address its pulling messages from without deleting the actual mail from the address before getting to the agent. I will appreciate if a copy of the mail is left behind in the actual address sent to.
