Unfortunately the Windows installer currently suffers of a broken PPM
(and a broken cpan module as well). Please see this bug report:

A workaround is included in the report.
Also, in OTRS v 2.3.3 and up, Mail::POP3Client and IO::Socket::SSL are
used for POP3S and the IO::Socket::SSL is not yet bundled in the Windows
installer. See also:

So you could install the modules you'd need after you've fixed PPM as per
bug 3789.

Hi,
Installed version 2.4.1 on Windows + would like to use a POP3s PostMaster Mail Account. But it’s not available, altough “POP3S.pm” is there. Any hint what to do?
