TicketFreeField1 Text: Key: NULL Value: - Key: 1 Value: One Key: 2 Value: Two … If you define TicketFreeField1 as mandatory in the Phone-Ticket view (SysConfig->Ticket->Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewPhoneNew) it should not allow you save the form without having something selected that is not “-“. You might need to doublecheck the ViewPhoneNew configuration ...
