[otrs] Change TicketType via interface

Hi, I search how to have the possibility to change the email ArticleType or the email FollowUp-ArticleType via the interface. In fact, i want this, because we want to specify a email as Internal when we received a email from an internal person if this reply is not viewable by the customer. Can you help me ?
