[otrs] How can I cc a customer notification to an agent/user?

Using the customer-facing website (via Customer.pl), I created a new customer user. The new customer user was sent the following email. I'd like to be able to have an agent/user be notified that a new customer user has been created so that the agent can ensure the account is set up correctly. How do I do that?
